This type of fitness works well if you have self motivation. You need to know how to put together your own program. You may also hire a personal trainer to do this for you.This type of training is the most cost-effective but not always the most beneficial.

Type #2

Personal Trainer

This type of fitness works well for people who need strong motivation or have very specific goals. If you like training alone instead of a group this may be your best choice. Trainers create a program that is specific to you and work with your strengths and limitations. This type of fitness is the most expensive and will get you results.

Type #3

Group Fitness

This type of fitness is the most popular type of training. It is a social event where you can exercise with friends and meet new people. If you are competitive a group works well. People enjoy the motivation and support of the group. Classes keep you moving and a good instructor will be sure to give modifications within the group when needed as well as increase intensity for others. This type of fitness is at the best price point to get the most out of fitness.

    Group fitness is the way to go for me, I can excercise at home and do, but I love the comarade of the people I work out with. It is my fun for the day, always puts a smile on my face. Thanks Kim and Joe for an amazing place to go.
