This is something I took off another site. It is a families list of planned dinners for the next month.

If you are learning to eat healthy this may not be a good meal plan OR is it?

Give me some feed back on any changes you would make if this were your suppers for the month.

    In my opinion there are far to many white grains and not enough whole ones. Also way to many starches and a lot of baked which means extra cheeses and I don’t believe you need all the extra’s. I don’t think there is a lot on this menu plan that I would make let alone eat. It does not look healthy to me?? Not enough fresh veggies and I don’t believe I saw any fruit unless you consider orange and lemon sauces on chicken fruit LOL.

    One question: Do these people have jobs? Seems like an awful lot of cooking and preparing for people that have jobs and kids. I would put that kind of effort into a weekend meal. And they really don’t list a lot of veggies, unless you count potatoes. Or maybe they just listed the highlights.
