Popsicle / Basic Soup July 6, 2011

2 c plain low-fat yogurt
2 scoops vanilla flavored protein powder
2 c frozen berries
1/4 c agave nectar or honey

blend in a food processor. Pour into molds or Dixie cups add a Popsicle stick.
Freeze and enjoy!

Only 77 calories each!

I found molds at Super Store for only $2, 6 mold cup. The recipe made more than 12 Popsicle

I also made a basic soup today:

3 c no salt chicken stock
1 carrot sliced
1 1/2 celery stock sliced
1/2 c finely chopped spinach
1 c cauliflower
1 c broccoli
1 chopped green onion

In saucepan bring to boil chicken stock. Add carrot and simmer 10 min.
Add all ingredient and simmer 15 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
makes 4 servings

only 27 calories per serving
