“Define your 10 best habits.” What are the things you do every day that you really enjoy doing, give you more energy.

Then

“Define your 10 worst habits.” What are the things you do every day that you really don’t enjoy doing, give you less energy

Writing down these two groups helped me to define whether a task should be done by me or a hired person. Everyone needs a little less stress in their life!
Try it and compare lists with some friends maybe they like to do something you don’t !
